Ashley Ortega, a Filipino actress, was born in San Fernando La Union Philippines on the 26th of December, 1998. Ashley Ortega was born in San Fernando La Union in the Philippines. Prior to that, she was the associate dean of Yale Law School. She currently serves as an associate lecturer in the Yale Jackson Institute for Global Affairs. Asharangappa is a dean associate of Yale Jackson School, senior lecturer and the former Dean of Yale Law School's Jackson School of Global Affairs. Asha Rangappa was a Special agent within the New York Division FBI prior to when she took up her current job. She specialized in counterintelligence investigation. As part of her job she analyzed security threats facing the nation and conducted classified investigations on suspected foreigners. As a member of the FBI Asha was exposed to interrogation, electronic surveillance techniques firearms and the use of force to kill. Asha was alumna of cum laude in The Princeton School of Public and International Affairs and was granted the Fulbright scholarship to pursue constitutional reforms in Bogota Colombia. The law degree she earned was at Yale Law School, where she served as an Coker Fellow as well as a law clerk for Judge Juan R. Torruella of the U.S. Court of Appeals First Circuit located in San Juan Puerto Rico. The admissions she received to the State Bar of New York in 2003 and Connecticut, each, bear testimony to her knowledge of law.
